Can I add a pre-recorded video, created outside of Learn It Live, onto the platform as a class?

Yes! You'll need LiL+ or Premier Instructor Status for this, but yes!

It is a part of the class creation process where you can create Live courses, Recorded courses, or Live and Recorded Courses. In addition, you can re-arrange, download and edit, or re-upload existing LiL courses.
