In order to view many of the recordings at Learn It Live sites, third-party cookies must be enabled. This is for security reasons primarily.
First, if you are viewing the recording in a "private" or "incognito" window, all you have to do is open the recording in a normal browser!
Second, Safari, is the primary browser that causes this issue. If you don't want to enable cookies, then use Chrome, which doesn't disable cookies by default.
In each of these instances, you may need to restart your browser to proceed.
