Who owns my class, IP, copyright, trademark, etc.?

In short, you do. You can delete, edit, or make private any of your classes from your account.

We have the right to market and distribute classes on your behalf. You also have the right to elect NOT to have us distribute your classes and make it private for your own group. Instructors generally do this in two ways: 1) Make your class private and require an access code to join 2) Send us a request to [e-mail] to only distribute content on their private site, or private page, and not make it visible on Learn It Live.

You can take down your classes whenever you'd like, though you should consider the impact on your learners of taking down a class people have paid for too quickly.  

In circumstances where Learn It Live pays for a "license" for your content up-front there is generally a stipulation that the content remains available to users for at least a year. This is a special arrangement with Learn It Live and select partner experts.
