Draft and Scheduled Publishing

We are excited to introduce two new features on our platform that provide greater flexibility and control over the creation and management of your classes: the Save as Draft and Future Publish Options.

1. Save Class as a Draft

The "Save Draft" option allows instructors to save their class content and settings without publishing it immediately. This feature is useful when you are still working on your class materials or need additional time to finalize details before making it public.

2. Publish Class at a Future Date

You can choose to either publish the class immediately or schedule it for a later time when you want it to be visible to the public. To use this option:

• Select the “Publish class at” option.
• Choose a date and time from the calendar interface, as shown in the image.
• Click “Finalize” to schedule the class.
