If you need a refund for your class you can issue it yourself up to 24 hours before the class time by logging into your account, clicking on "Manage Classes" link in the top right menu. This is what it looks like:
Then you'll click on "Cancel Class Registration" and "Confirm Cancellation":
If it is after the class is already over or within the 24hr period before the class start time, please send a note to email@example.com with the information regarding your class and the reason for needing a refund.
- Refunds are eligible up to 24 hours after the purchase of an on-demand course*
- In the case of an instructor no show or any other issues with a course send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue. We'll sort out the issue or get you a refund!
*These are standard rules for LearnItLive.com. Each separate program site may have its own specific refund policy and you should ask the program admin.
