What internet speed do I need to attend a live class

We recommend a minimum of 1MB download and 500K upload. You can test your speed at http://www.speedtest.net. 

Connecting with "Listen Only" will conserve your data and strengthen your connection. 

If you don't have the required internet speed you can call into your session's conference line to speak.
