Can I Convert a Student Account to Instructor Account

Yes, you can change any student account to an instructor account and viceversa in your WLADMIN panel under users.

Click the pencil icon on the far right next to the user's name > Change from Student to Instructor in the dropdown menu > Click Save. See here....
