Maximizing Your Earnings with the LiL+ Program
Thanks to our unique revenue-sharing system, adding your class to our LiL+ program—whether free or at a discounted rate—can yield significantly higher returns compared to offering it at a flat price outside of LiL+. However, please note that revenue within this split may vary from one quarter to the next due to pricing changes, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Membership Split for Content
- 50% of the LiL+ membership revenue is allocated to content and content providers.
How the Content Providers’ Cut Is Divided Among Instructors
We distribute the content providers’ portion based on each instructor’s “score,” which reflects LiL+ member engagement in their classes:
- One point for each recorded participation (counted once per member per class)
- Three points for each live participation (counted once per member per class)
Your personal score is then divided by the total of all instructor scores to determine your percentage of the membership split. Below is an example:

Live vs. Recorded Participation
- Live attendance is weighted 3:1 over recorded views to reward and encourage live, interactive sessions.
- By boosting live attendance, you can secure a larger share of participation-based revenue.
- Nevertheless, recorded views still contribute to your earnings. Each member’s recorded participation for a specific class is only counted once, but recordings remain available indefinitely for long-term revenue.
Guaranteed Compensation
- If your class includes any guaranteed compensation, that amount is deducted from your share of the membership split.
- This guarantee helps ensure your content stays available on LiL+ and provides a baseline revenue for you.
- Many instructors still earn above the guaranteed amount; any earnings beyond the guarantee are paid through the standard split.

- Many instructors offer a 30% discount for their paid classes, which encourages more students to become LiL+ members. When LiL+ members attend live, your payout is effectively doubled from their participation.

- Example 3: Hosting live classes, then keeping the recordings available on LiL+ allows you to earn indefinitely. Live participation provides 3x the points, while on-demand participation creates a steady, long-term revenue stream.

- We count recorded participation only once per LiL+ member per class, preventing any “gaming” of view counts.
