To cancel your membership, log into your account > Click on the profile picture on the upper right > My Account > Account Info.
Then click on Manage Subscription > Cancel
Any processed membership fee is non-refundable, so please cancel your membership ahead of re-billing if you wish to do so.
Note: Once you cancel, access to your classes is also removed, so you'd have to start with a fresh account if you did not want to keep your membership.
