If you need a refund for your class you can issue it yourself up to 24 hours before the class time by logging into your account, clicking on the "Account" or "Settings" link at the top right of the page, then click "Classes," then the "X" button. This is what it looks like:
If it is after the class is already over or within the 24hr period before the class start time, please send a note to email@example.com with the information regarding your class and reason for needing a refund.
- Refunds are eligible up to 2 weeks after the purchase of an on-demand course*
- For live course purchases, refunds are available until 24 hours after the end of the final session*
- In the case of an instructor no show or any other issues with a course send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue. We'll sort out the issue or get you a refund!
