How do I cancel or get a refund for a class I am registered in?

If you need a refund for your class you can issue it yourself up to 24 hours before the class time by logging into your account, clicking on the "Account" or "Settings" link at the top right of the page, then click "Classes," then the "X" button. This is what it looks like:


If it is after the class is already over or within the 24hr period before the class start time, please send a note to with the information regarding your class and reason for needing a refund.
