This is generally due to an unreliable internet connection which intermittently drops connectivity hence temporarily dropping you from your session. There are other causes in rare instances but the solutions are generally the same!
We recommend you:
- If available, use a different connection such as your phone or tablet's mobile internet
- Connect directly to a hard line (ethernet) if you are on wifi
- Call in to the conference number provided so ensure a smooth listening experience. This way if you drop then you won't lose the conversation
- Try a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox - this can often help!
